We are an international real estate asset and property management company operating across the UK, managing residential, multi-unit, HMO, and mixed-use properties.
We are seeking an experienced COO to lead and optimize UK operations.
Responsibilities:
Full oversight of UK property portfolio operations
Manage property managers, contractors, and service providers
Oversee refurbishments, maintenance, and compliance
Supervise lettings, rent collection, arrears, and evictions
Control budgets, costs, cashflow, and performance reporting
Liaise with legal, financial, and local authorities
Drive operational efficiency and scalability
Communicate with investors and stakeholders
Requirements: ? Mandatory Requirements:
5+ years of proven senior operational management experience in real estate/property management
Strong experience within the UK property market major advantage
High-level analytical skills
Proven experience in transaction analysis, deal evaluation and investment assessment
Strong ability to read and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Deep understanding of real estate finance, yields, IRR, cashflow and cost structures
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent English written and spoken
Highly organized, decisive, resilient and results-driven
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
