Join our Internal Platform Engineering team! As a Security Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing security capabilities to support secure and efficient service delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the tools, approaches, and infrastructure used meet the highest security standards. In your day-to-day, you will:
Drive the development of new security capabilities to support delivery and ensure that the tools and approaches used are effective
Support the efficient delivery of services by employing industry best practices for the automated build and deployment of security infrastructure and code
Support Cloud Technology deployments, lift and shift migrations and transformation of Cloud solutions that manage hybrid and on-premises infrastructure
Assist with the execution of architecture blueprints and brings security into a DevOps mindset and culture
Collaborate with Product teams to support the evaluation of planned changes, to minimize security risk
Provide advice on security to contribute to different projects and product development.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join Autofleets security team, supporting the global Element Fleet Management cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia.



This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of Element Fleet multi-cloud infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud security principles, architecture, and technologies, CSPM and Secrets Management.

As the Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our assets and data in various cloud environments. Working closely with various international stakeholders to integrate security best practices in all stages of the cloud lifecycle, from design and deployment to monitoring and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain secure cloud architectures on GCP, AWS and Azure ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain Elements cloud security posture and secrets management.
Deploy and manage cloud security tools such as Wiz, GCP Security, and other hyperscale security platforms to protect infrastructure, data, and applications.
Continuously monitor cloud environments, detect threats, and lead effective incident response and remediation efforts.
Ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) by driving audits, risk assessments, and security governance processes.
Drive continuous improvement of cloud security, championing automation, zero-trust architecture, and emerging security capabilities.
Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and engineering teams to embed security into development and deployment lifecycles from day one.
Communicate risks and strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and promote security awareness across the organization.

What you will do
Conduct internal penetration testing against our applications and APIs.
Design, build, and implement the Secure SDLC process, integrating security into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Evaluate product design and architecture against security best practices, offering guidance on prioritization and remediation.
Build and automate security testing as part of our CICD pipeline and cloud environments based on automation workflows leveraging AI.
Develop and lead projects, implementing various security tools and technologies, such as: AI agents context-aware, SAST, SCA, vulnerability scanners, and Kubernetes (K8s) security tooling.
Mentor development teams through training and hackathons.
Support security incident response in a cross-functional environment.

Drive vulnerability management and remediation efforts prioritizing issues, implementing mitigations, and designing strategic preventative controls
Extend our detection and response capabilities building scalable solutions to identify malicious activity, triage alerts, and investigate and remediate incidents
Collaborate with our company Federal team extending our DevSecOps and Product Security practices to our companys FedRAMP environment and ensure it meets key security requirements
Build deep functional partnerships with our companys engineering and operations teams helping them deliver secure-by-design solutions .

we are looking for a Security Engineer with experience in threat modeling, TTP identification, and detection engineering. Youll work alongside Software Engineers and Offensive Security Engineers to identify critical assets, assess the top risks, and evaluate potential attacks against our company systems. Security Engineer - Surface Coverage, Detection Engineering Responsibilities
