Were looking for a RevOps Analyst who is proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving sustainable revenue growth. You will have a direct impact on aligning the companys revenue teams, and become a partner in optimizing the entire B2B revenue engine. You will collaborate closely with C-level, using your analytical skills and business understanding to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities that accelerate growth across the customer lifecycle.
Proactively identify cross-functional growth and optimization opportunities that Sales, and CSM teams can quickly act upon.
Lead projects such as pricing optimization, activation funnel analysis, go-to-market strategy, and deriving insights from our current customer base.
Define and track input and output metrics across the revenue organization to measure performance and drive accountability.
Build scalable data products and processes that support B2B revenue operations from the ground up.
Requirements:
What Will Make You Stand Out?
2+ years of experience as an Analyst working with Sales and/or CSM teams in a technology company (must)
Strong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into research questions and models.
Experience in analyzing B2B funnels and metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in common statistical analysis methods.
Proficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus)
Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fields
Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and C-level in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) principles (nice to have)
Very high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
