We are looking for a talented Product Manager, a fresh thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, to build on our E-commerce platform and post-purchase products. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can collaborate closely with our Operations team, understand its challenges, and develop new initiatives and innovative solutions to tackle them.
This role is a maternity leave replacement, offering a great opportunity to make an impact while gaining meaningful experience in product management in a fast-growing company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own and execute key parts of the companys product roadmap
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Collaborate with cross-global Dev, Data, Design, Operations, and internal teams
Monitor system health and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement
Identify broken or manual processes across the organization and design automation solutions
Support operational teams in achieving KPIs through tools, features, and process innovation

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Product, Project, or Product Operations; candidates with similar experience from other industries looking to transition into a tech company are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in E-commerce, B2B, or SaaS companies - major advantage
Experience mapping business processes, writing requirement documents, and managing product roadmap
Experience with building products based on data analysis and executing data-driven decisions
Ability to comprehend system functionality and architecture
Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
