Act as the primary advocate for the user in all product discussions. Champion User-Centered Design : Establish and evangelize a strong user centered design culture across the organization. Drive user research initiatives to gather key insights and validate design decisions. Maintain & Evolve Design Systems : Oversee the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the entire product suite. Stay Hands-On : While this is a leadership role, we expect you to be comfortable diving into Figma to help your team solve tough design challenges, provide expert guidance, and lead by example.
