We are looking for a strategic and business-savvy legal professional with vast experience leading M A processes and a strong corporate background who can effectively manage legal risks while supporting business growth.
Reporting to the CFO, the General Counsel will work closely with the management team on strategic M A transactions, customer agreements, partnerships, and projects to support and expand our product offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements,
Including:
M A contracts (SPAs, APAs)
Cloud/software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements
Software licensing contracts
Professional Services agreements
data privacy policies
Channel partner agreements
Various go-to-market agreements
Ensuring compliance with domestic and international data privacy laws
Requirements: Requirements
A natural multi-tasker able to see the big picture and set priorities, down to a detailed technical spec.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate well with remote stakeholders and teams.
Full proficiency in English a must.
