Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end NPI program lifecycle for hardware products, from concept through ramp to sustaining to EOL
Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple functions and suppliers
Partner with Engineering to translate product requirements into manufacturable designs and processes
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure suppliers and factories are ready for builds and scale
Lead cross-functional meetings, program reviews, and executive updates to communicate status, risks, and recovery actions
Proactively identify program risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive accountability for execution
Ensure manufacturing readiness by leading build events (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP) and ensuring exit criteria are met at each stage
Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, and customer support for smooth product release into the field
Continuously improve NPI processes and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.

We are looking for NPI Engineer who will join the operation team and help us scale onwards!
The NPI product leader will be responsible for transitioning new products from early stage development to production level till field deployment processes. Work with cross functional teams ranging from HW designers, systems engineers, marketing and operations teams and participate in the complete product life cycle from development through build prototype until handing off the product to sustaining engineers.
The NPI product leader will manage all engineering related activities of QMs new products. The NPI PL will have a full responsibility on the overall operational activities to ensure qualified manufacturing readiness of new products.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross functional teams to execute the NPI process within the operations group.
Set an overall Operational NPI plan, Set Ops KPIs, Track and follow project progress, manage risk and report accordingly.
Define the NPI methodologies, interfaces, and process within the operation matrix to ensure smooth product introduction
Providing engineering leadership for the definition and scoping of NPI projects for all aspects of manufacturing and transitioning of projects to Manufacturing for project implementation and subsequent operation.
Ensure Design for Manufacturing guidelines are well implemented in the product design and validate implementation impact on product quality
Overall accountability of production data integrity including: BOM, production documentation, jigs and tools, product regulation.
Establishing and documenting process specifications that ensure manufacturing operations will meet product capability and quality expectations.
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement through engineering change requests
Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure a good quality product represent the operations in the product life cycles gates
Serve as a technical mentor to contract manufacturing during NPI process

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to determine the packaging costs, implement sustainable packaging solutions, and find ways to improve quality, profitability, and product delivery.

Create packaging specifications and testing protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product and shipping requirements.

Evaluate packaging materials and suppliers.

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in central Tel Aviv. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our innovative R&D team and our manufacturing partners, ensuring our cutting-edge drone systems can be produced reliably, efficiently, and at scale. What You'll Do As our NPI Engineer, you will own the process of transitioning complex electro-mechanical products from the prototype stage to volume production. You will work closely with our R&D team and contract manufacturers to ensure our designs are optimized for manufacturability and our production lines are robust and scalable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the transition of electronics and mechanics projects from prototype phases to successful volume production.
