Our Networking Engineering group is looking for a hardworking NPI infrastructure manager for a full-time position. The responsibility of this position is full ownership of production infrastructure readiness for NPI production lines worldwide. What youll be doing:

End-to-end management of NPI production Infrastructures supply chain, from design review to infrastructure delivery and implementation at production sites.

Responsibilities of ongoing NPI production capacity management and support, risk assessment, infrastructure establishment, maintenance activities, budgeting, and process improvements.

Be the key-point for multiple production sites to ensure full infrastructure support for our NPI production CMs.

What youll be doing:

Be an effective leader in crafting and driving a delivery high quality SW in an efficient way.

Partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture and Marketing to coordinate the release of the products and ensure release will meet the schedule and with high quality

Take full ownership on the FW, SDK, NOS products from the kickoff to signoff.

Work with planning and tracking systems to lead the release progress, and build release indicators.

Partner with the QA teams to ensure alignment of all tests between the development, verification and QA groups.

Conduct release meeting and communicate release status. Resolve issues when they appear and raise red-flags when needed.

Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that can help improve development and release workflow.

Define and improve process, guidelines, checklists across Switch SW group.

Full responsibility of products materials sourcing and supplier management
Assist Engineering designing in preferred supplier products for our innovative devices
Manage vendors' business relationships and all aspects of commercial engagements.
Responsible for Product cost and supply management Multiple teamworks with CMs, suppliers and our internal teams (R&D, Operations, Finance, Sales)
Develop, modify, and implement commodity strategy to align with our needs.
Analyze suppliers' landscape including components, modules, and CM spaces to ensure we are aligned with the best suitable partners.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing product packaging solutions, focusing specifically on our network products. The role involves analyzing packaging requirements and developing innovative approaches to packaging design and production, ensuring that the product fits the companys business objectives and satisfies customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to determine the packaging costs, implement sustainable packaging solutions, and find ways to improve quality, profitability, and product delivery.

What you will be doing:

Create packaging specifications and testing protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product and shipping requirements.

Evaluate packaging materials and suppliers.

Ensure packaging compliance with industry regulations.

Work on reducing packaging-related costs and improving the efficiency of the product packaging process.

Maintain packaging-related documentation and records.

Manage packaging projects and timelines.

Lead regular working sessions and status meetings to track timeline, deliverables, materials, orders, test status,and blockers. Ensure alignment across functions and escalating issues as needed.

Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact project delivery, and work with collaborators to develop mitigation plans.

Ensure all relevant project documentation - including requirements, decisions, timelines, project progress, risks, and important decisions/action items.
