We are seeking an NPI Engineering Build Manager who is passionate about working on products that enable deep learning. Our team manages the NPI networking supply chain for engineering activities. Activities start from very early engagement with design engineering team and follow through all quick turn NPI builds at the shortest possible cycle time. Our team supports all these engineering quick turn activities by engaging with the engineering team, material suppliers, Operations team, and the PCB manufacturing team. All the parties need to be kept aligned while engineering keeps changing either the material sets or the process.

As a Build Project Manager, you are able to see both the high-level view and be proficient in tracking and following up on detail whether it is an existing product that requires new qualifications or a ground up new product. We will expect you to understand technical detail and be able to translate that into program impact.

What you'll be doing:

Build project's production plan per product's lifecycle, and execute it with NV manufacturers

Communicate with other team members and suppliers to get project details.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, diverse project needs, and tight timelines.

Ability to report on program details in Alignment meetings.

Track and communicate key deliverables, constraints, risks, dependencies and clearly identify critical paths while working with ASIC, product, test, software, board, system engineering and planning teams and other program managers towards a common goal.

Manage cross-functional communications independently, work within a matrixed and publish progress/roadblocks and highlight risks to upper management.

Bring diverse and globally distributed teams together to tackle complex problems and work towards closure.

Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings related to your product and highlight key Ops issues while ensuring that the product is ready for production.

Be an active participant in the NPI team by recommending methodology improvements that we can practice as a team.

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in central Tel Aviv. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our innovative R&D team and our manufacturing partners, ensuring our cutting-edge drone systems can be produced reliably, efficiently, and at scale. What You'll Do As our NPI Engineer, you will own the process of transitioning complex electro-mechanical products from the prototype stage to volume production. You will work closely with our R&D team and contract manufacturers to ensure our designs are optimized for manufacturability and our production lines are robust and scalable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the transition of electronics and mechanics projects from prototype phases to successful volume production. Collaborate with R&D on accepting, managing and versioning design & manufacturing documentation and materials (BOMs, drawings, schematics, assembly manuals, production testing protocols, testing jigs and software), ensuring consistency, completeness, applicability and qualification for production. Oversee pilot runs and production ramp-up, proactively identifying and resolving any manufacturing or quality issues. Design and qualify production jigs, fixtures, and other tools required for assembly and testing. Collaborate with R&D to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles from the early stages of development. Serve as the primary technical liaison with contract manufacturers (CMs) and key component suppliers.

Responsibilities
Design the layout of package substrates using Cadence Allegro Package Designer.
Apply package substrate layout design rules from manufacturing point of view and electrical requirement considerations.
Generate high-quality design documents for substrate manufacturers and package assembly houses.

Design and optimize power distribution networks (PDN) across chip, package, and board levels. This includes managing power/ground planes, decoupling capacitors, and power gating strategies.
Conduct both pre-layout and post-layout power integrity simulations to analyze power and ground noise (SSN/SSO), voltage drops (IR drop), and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Implement and verify low-power design methodologies, such as multi-voltage designs and clock gating, using power intent formats like UPF/CPF.
Generate precise electrical models (e.g., S-parameters, SPICE models) for components such as packages, PCBs, and connectors for use in simulations.
Execute lab measurements utilizing test equipment like oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Time Domain Reflectometers (TDR), Spectrum analyzers to validate simulation outcomes and debug signal and power-related issues on silicon prototypes and boards.
