We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.

* Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and ensure timely delivery.

* Proven track record in cold outreach, discovery, multi-stakeholder selling, and closing complex deals.
* Deep familiarity with the payments ecosystem, PSPs, chargebacks, or fraud tools is a strong plus.
* Experience selling intangibles or Professional Services is a bonus.
* Comfortable with remote cross-functional collaboration.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsyoure articulate, curious, and empathetic.
* Expert at handling objections, navigating gatekeepers, and closing.
* Fluent in tools like salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
* Time management ninja, able to prioritise, follow through, and document consistently. Hunter mentality: You enjoy prospecting and building from scratch.
