DRS RADA is looking for a Senior Applications Business Analyst to join the Applications & Operational Excellence team. The role combines a deep understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes with hands-on expertise in ERP and MES systems. The position is based in Beit She’an and serves as the focal point for digital logistics and production systems on site. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the site focal point for logistics applications – ERP (Priority) and MES – supporting material management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and shop-floor processes. Analyze and translate operational needs into system solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and cross-system integrations.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for logistics modules and related interfaces (inventory, purchasing, planning, manufacturing).
* Lead local implementation activities , including testing, documentation, and user training.
* Monitor data accuracy and process compliance within ERP and MES.
* Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and traceability across the material flow.
* Initiate and support continuous improvement and automation projects related to logistics and shop-floor processes.
Requirements: * At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing systems (ERP, MES). Hands-on experience with Priority ERP (logistics modules: inventory, purchasing, MRP, production) – a must. Experience with MES or shop-floor control systems – a must. Experience with PLM (Teamcenter) – an advantage
* BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Technology.
* Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
