Assist the Reservation Manager in the daily operation and supervision of the Reservations Department.
Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently in accordance with hotel standards and policies.
Handle complex guest and travel agent inquiries and special requests, escalating issues as necessary.
Monitor inventory and room availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Assist in training, mentoring, and scheduling Reservations agents.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain a high level of data integrity within the reservation system.
Liaise closely with the Front Office, Finance, Sales, and Revenue Management teams.
Ensure compliance with all established payment, cancellation, and no-show policies.
Maintain a current understanding of all hotel promotions, rate structures, and room types.
Requirements: Proven experience in supervising hotel reservations, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Experience with Opera or Opera Cloud Property Management system (PMS) is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Hebrew is a significant plus.
