Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker We’re expanding our marketing team to help Chargeflow define and lead the chargeback automation category. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own a strategic mix of planning, execution, and analysis across campaigns and programs. Your primary outcomes will be building engagement with CX, Ops, and Finance leaders at eCommerce brands, strengthening relationships across our ecosystem, and ultimately driving conversions that accelerate Chargeflow’s growth. * Plan, design, and execute direct marketing campaigns that create awareness, build trust, and generate pipeline. (emphasis on building our targeting email campaigns to target segments).
* Own assigned market segments — identify target accounts and key personas, then craft tailored messaging and campaigns to break into those segments effectively.
* Utilize account-based marketing (ABM) techniques to create personalized campaigns at scale for high-value target accounts.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content, design, product marketing, and CS) to develop assets that drive engagement and conversion. Demand Creation
* Develop and implement strategies to create awareness and interest using direct marketing channels, specializing in targeted outbound including email marketing
* Partner with Sales to align campaigns with account-based outreach and ensure well-orchestrated plays to key accounts.
* Expand selectively and experiment with additional direct channels (e.g., direct mail, targeted webinars, etc.) Strategy Development
* Own scalable playbooks for each segment (ICP, data sources, talk tracks, offers, success criteria) and iterate weekly.
* Support development of a comprehensive direct marketing strategy aligned with growth goals, sales targets, and product positioning.
* Create messaging and value propositions that resonate with CX, Ops, and Finance leaders, addressing pain points such as chargeback prevention, operational efficiency, and revenue protection.
* Design multi-channel campaigns with email at the core, layering in other direct channels as experiments to increase impact. Data Analysis & Reporting
* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (deliverability, open rates, CTRs, conversions, ROI).
* Measure performance at the segment level, using insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign mix for each audience.

* Provide dashboards and recurring reports to GTM leadership showcasing email’s impact on pipeline and revenue. Budget Management

Requirements: What It Takes: 5+ years B2B enterprise SaaS direct marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns - Must
