Position Overview:
Lead manufacturing of our brain implant while driving 3-10x capacity increase, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end medical implant production
Scale from initial to commercial volumes
Implement automation and Lean principles
Ensure FDA/ISO 13485 compliance
Build high-volume production team
Requirements:  Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. in Industrial/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering
Experience: 
 5-7 years production management, preferably medical devices
 Required background from: Process driven manufacturing as medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical industry, Food industry, Electronics manufacturing, or similar.
 Proven scale-up experience 
 FDA-regulated manufacturing environment - significant advantage
 Cleanroom and sterile manufacturing knowledge
Technical Skills: 
 Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process Optimization
 Bottleneck Analysis, Value Stream Mapping
 Statistical Process Control, Capacity Planning
 MES/  ERP systems proficiency
