Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Medical Research Managers team, ensuring both professional excellence and personal growth through project guidance and career development planning.
Co-lead the companys Research group together with the Head of AI and MLE Group Lead, driving both strategic and tactical planning for annual, semi-annual, and quarterly roadmaps.
Shape long-term research strategy by identifying and prioritizing projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies and align with the companys future goals.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between research initiatives, development needs, and integration into existing product lines.
Collaborate with clients through site visits and field research to understand physician and clinic needs, and translate insights into research directions and product innovation.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Support to identify, analyze, and resolve issues raised by clients, driving continuous product improvement.
Oversee continuous validation of models in production to ensure clinical quality and reliability remain at the highest standards.
Represent the research and clinical perspective in executive discussions, bridging business goals with clinical and technical capabilities.
Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams.
Strong research background (e.g., advanced degree in Epidemiology, PhD, or equivalent demonstrated research expertise).
Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis (SQL, Python, or R).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strategic thinker with proven track record in long-term planning and execution.
