What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure everything flows seamlessly.
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings (yes, even the impossible ones??).
- Be the go-to person for the team and management for any administrative need.
- Handle suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
- Organize team meetings, company events, and fun experiences that make everyone love coming to work.
Requirements: What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
