Teads is looking for a strategic Salesforce Project Manager with extensive project management experience to lead complex projects within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage initiatives from start to finish, ensuring Salesforce stays a scalable, high-performing platform that supports our global Commerce (Sales) operations.
Youll work closely with implementation partners, development teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver impact.
What will you do?
Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects: scope, design, build, test, and deploy.
Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs (data migration, process alignment, user integration) following the Teadsour company merger.
Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Managers, and executives to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Build and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, aligning with strategic business goals.
Champion governance, data quality, and best practices across global teams.
Drive user adoption through UAT, training, and change management.
Requirements: Extensive project management experience in high-tech/B2B environments, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce.
Proven success leading Salesforce org merges or major post-acquisition integrations (this will be a key advantage).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform capabilities.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with global teams, Product Managers, and executives; Agile/Scrum experience.
Background in ad-tech, SaaS, or media is a strong plus.
