Research happens at our company everyday, on many different embedded teams throughout the company. Our research reaches the user through both services and products such as Search, Maps, our company Assistant, our company Translate, our companyCloud, and our computing, storage, and networking infrastructure. To achieve this, were working on projects that utilize the latest technologies that push th e boundaries of what is possible. At our company, research-focused engineering interns are embedded throughout the company, contributing to the setup of large-scale tests and deploying promising ideas quickly and broadly. Ideas may come from internal projects as well as from collaborations with research programs at partner universities and technical institutes all over the world. From creating experiments and prototyping implementations to designing architectures, research-focused engineering interns work on real-world problems including artificial intelligence, data mining, natural language processing, hardware and software performance analysis, improving compilers for mobile platforms, as well as core search and more.

Responsibilities
Participate in research to develop solutions for real-world, large-scale problems.
Research, conceive, and develop software applications to extend and improve on our company's product offering.
Contribute to a wide variety of projects utilizing natural language processing, artificial intelligence, data compression, machine learning, and search technologies.

Storage Service (S3) and Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWSs services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, youll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

We are looking for a high performing B.Sc. Or B.A. Student in Computer Science or Mathematics to join our R&D team to help develop our Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) accelerator framework.

Roles and responsibilities:
Keep up to date with cryptographic and algorithmic advances in the field, and implement them in our framework.
Work with Architechture, Hardware, Verification, and DevOps teams to develop tooling and infrastructure.

Required Customer Support Specialist - Student Position
As a Tier 1 Customer Support you will be responsible for:
Be the first line of defense and escalation for any technical issues
Elegantly handle customer requests and maintain our SLA & customer satisfaction
Escalate and own issues internally and externally with service providers / partners
Extend our knowledge base
Work across departments (Engineering, DevOps, Prof Services, etc.) to resolve customers issues.
