Were growing fast and looking for a Senior Product data Analyst to join our data team and partner closely with our Customer Success organization to turn product usage data into actionable insights that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. About the Role As a Senior Product data Analyst, youll play a central role in helping DealHub understand how customers engage with our platform. Youll analyze adoption patterns, uncover usage trends, and create scalable data solutions that empower Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to proactively manage customer health and value realization. Youll act as a strategic partner to the Customer Success leadership team, ensuring that decisions are backed by data, not assumptions. What Youll Do
* Serve as the go-to person for product data analysis, validation, and reporting.
* Partner with Customer Success leadership and CSMs to define key metrics that measure product adoption, engagement, and customer health.
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI to help CSMs and executives monitor customer usage and outcomes.
* Perform deep-dive analyses to identify behavior patterns that drive retention, upsell, and churn prevention.
* Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations.
* Evaluate the performance of existing products and features, identifying areas for improvement.
* Knowledge of data modeling
Requirements: What Youll Bring
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, ideally within SaaS B2B products.
* data -driven and passionate about using analytics to enhance User Experience and product performance.
* Experienced with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for building intuitive, impactful dashboards.
* Proven ability to turn complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
* Experience with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango) advantage.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with SaaS business metrics and KPIs.
* Experience with B2B companies
