Support and execute category strategies while ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
Conduct supplier selection, due diligence, and end-to-end sourcing processes (RFx, tenders, negotiations, contracting).
Lead complex price and contract negotiations with a high degree of independence.
Provide insights into the local and regional market to support strategic decisions.
Manage supplier relationships and lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance.
Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations.
Ensure ethical procurement standards and supplier risk management.
Requirements: Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing roles preferably in an international or healthcare environment.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a strategic and data -driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken) additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
