We are looking for a motivated, system QA engineer to join the Cortex XSOAR system QA team in our Tel Aviv R&D center. As our QA engineer, you will play a role of setting up XSOARs system and regressions tests suites, enhancing them with every release and executing them for different releases. In this role, you will work closely with the developers, product managers, other QA engineers, and also be in charge of maintaining appropriate test labs for smooth test execution.
You need to have a passion for improving the overall quality of the product you test. All this in a fast pace process of development, test, and release. Cortex XSOAR is a Security Orchestration, Automation and Response family of products that were formerly developed by Demisto (acquired in 2019). XSOAR is a comprehensive Security Operations Platform that combines full case management, intelligent automation, and collaborative investigation. Your Impact
You will test our cloud service, which includes:
Execute manual system tests including functional and e2e on sanity, regression, pre-production and post-production phases in a tight release schedule
Participate in the maintenance and growth of Regression tests suites owning many of them
Participate in setting up and maintaining a System tests lab with all available and required integrations
Work closely with other QA engineers to re-evaluate tests, transforming them from progression tests to regression tests
Design and execute tests for new features or major redesign of existing features
Learn about security solutions and technologies
Integration with GCP Cloud Computing
Integration with other cloud services
Debug failures in complex environments.

We are looking for a motivated Principal QA Engineer to join our Tel Aviv R&D center.
The team is a critical part of the Cortex Platform - a shared infrastructure for all Cortex Products (XDR, XSIAM, XSOAR, Platform) that combines full case management, scoring, dashboards, and many more.
In this role, you will need to quickly grasp the underlying logic and strategic goals of our cyber products, understand both the technical and business context, analyze and test new features and bug fixes, and you need to be passionate about improving the quality of the product you test.
All this will happen in a fast-paced, agile-based development, testing, and release process.

This requires a different set of skills than those applied to traditional security, and the majority of security solutions today are targeting DevSecOps teams, while Cortex XDR is putting the emphasis on SOC investigation and response. What You'll Do?
Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for features across multiple platforms (web, API, backend services).
Design and implement test strategies for LLM-based features and AI agents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and robustness.
Build and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, performance, regression).

As a QA Architect you will...
Define the QA strategy, approach, standards and execution to quality testing across our suite of products and collaborate with other leaders to build the approach
Continually improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new strategies
Build new performance and scale testing and choose tools to ensure the optimal performance of code
Design and build our automation infrastructure framework and its building blocks
Oversee product release quality and risks in our self-hosted and SaaS products
Define and implement quality metrics and reporting mechanisms
Continually improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of QA by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new strategies.
