What Youll Do Lead with vision Design and execute a global hiring strategy that fuels business growth and strengthens our employer brand. Inspire teams Mentor and guide regional recruiters, ensuring excellence and consistency across markets. Partner at the top Work closely with senior leadership and HRBPs to anticipate needs and deliver on talent plans. Optimize & scale Streamline processes, leverage the latest tools & AI, and track performance with data -driven insights. Champion diversity Drive inclusive hiring practices across all regions. data -Driven Decisions: Use analytics and market insights to inform hiring strategies, track performance, and report on KPIs.
Requirements: What Were Looking For
* Proven experience leading global TA in a public or large-scale company.
* Deep knowledge of international labor markets and recruitment practices.
* Strong track record in building high-performing teams and scalable processes.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Experience with recruitment platforms, recruitment marketing &ai tools, and data analytics.
* Bachelors degree in HR/Business (Masters preferred). Preferred Attributes
