Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems critical to the core product
Take full ownership of complex infrastructure components from concept to production, ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability
Dive deep into new technologies and system areas, evaluate and integrate them to solve infrastructure and product challenges
Promote engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and design reviews
Act as a senior Developer within the team: mentoring others, contributing to architecture discussions, and supporting the technical growth of the team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to align backend work with business needs
Investigate and resolve production issues, customer escalations, and performance bottlenecks proactively
Help shape the teams technical roadmap and long-term strategy through strategic input and hands-on contribution Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
Solid understanding of backend architecture and scalable service design
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Go,.NET or Python
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong sense of ownership with ability to lead features end-to-end
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
Experience mentoring or supporting developers is a plus

Requirements:
8 years of experience in Backend development (At least 2 years experience in developing big systems with Python) - Must
Asynchronous programming and experience in developing performance-critical applications
2 years of experience working with AWS, Docker, and microservices Must
Experience with Machine Learning Advantages
Algorithms development (collaborative filtering, similarity, data normalization, clustering) - Advantages
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science
5+ years of experience in backend software development using Java
Experience in designing complex systems and flows
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and relational/non-relational DBs (Postgres and MongoDB)
Deep familiarity with multithreading/multiprocessing
Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions
Experience in product execution from inception to production
Excellent teammate skills and effectiveness both in independent and collaborative work
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes and other micro services technologies
Experience in Python
Experience in Spring Boot
Experience with large amounts of data
Experience working in Linux environments
Experience with application and system monitoring systems

Requirements:
* 2-5 years of development experience in Platform C++/Python Software Developer over Linux.
* BSc./B.A. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/equivalent degree graduate.
* Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently.
* Highly motivated, confident, a quick learner and a team player.
* Strive to learn new things and gain experience.
* Ability to read and understand a large and complex existing code-base, as well as analyze and debug complex multi-threaded code. Preferred Qualifications

Requirements:
5 years of experience in building complex backend systems.
Experience in Python / C# / Golang is a significant advantage.
Expertise in microservice architecture
Proficiency in working with various backend technologies such as databases, caches, k8s, containers, Kafka and cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
Experience in the cybersecurity space is an advantage.

Requirements:

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong proficiency in C# or Java
Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark (advantage).
Understanding of microservice architecture (advantage).
Familiarity with Kubernetes (advantage).
Experience with cloud and technologies such as Databricks (Apache Spark) (advantage).
Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a drive to turn complexity into clarity.

Requirements:
Python skills - 4-5 years experience
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming.
Experience with AI/ML model deployment, especially using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
Strong understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
Experience with Node.js & React.

Requirements:
3+ years of backend development experience with large-scale, complex systems.
Strong programming skills in Node.js/TypeScript and Python (must-have).
Experience with NestJS, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, Kubernetes).
Deep understanding of scalable software design, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and data structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; performance tuning experience is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Requirements:
At least 2 years as team leader of R&D team.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a software engineer, 2 out of them hands-on in Python.
