The Role:
We are seeking a frontend engineer who can craft intuitive, high?performance web applications that unlock generative?AI capabilities for our customers and internal teams. You will build reactive, data?driven UIs—chat experiences, content editors, dashboards—that integrate with our GenAI backend services (Node.js on AWS) to deliver secure, accessible, and delightful user experiences.

Who You Are:

* Experienced building streaming chat or collaborative editing UIs (e.g., using WebSocket or WebRTC).
* Familiarity with vector?search UX patterns (semantic search bars, result ranking visualizations).
* Had Exposure to design systems (Storybook) and Figma collaboration.
* Has Knowledge of authentication patterns (OAuth, Cognito) and secure client?side storage.
* Background in data visualization (Recharts, D3) for AI analytics dashboards.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

* Design and implement responsive web applications using React (Next.js) and TypeScript that surface chat, summarization, and creative?assist features powered by LLMs.
* Integrate securely with backend GenAI APIs (REST/GraphQL, WebSocket) and handle real?time streaming of model responses.
* Build reusable UI components (TailwindCSS/shadcn/ui) and design systems for prompt inputs, context panes, and feedback collectors.
* Implement client?side observability (OpenTelemetry, Sentry) to monitor latency, errors, and usability of GenAI features.
* Optimize performance through code?splitting, server?side rendering (SSR), and efficient state management (React Query, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit).
* Collaborate with product designers and ML/backend engineers to iterate on prompt engineering, UI/UX flows, and evaluation loops.
* Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), localization, and responsive design to reach global audiences.

We are looking for a Software Delivery & Integration Manager to join the Integration team, which is responsible for the Software delivery of our company's algorithmic department, owning the CI process, including tools and test definition. ** This role offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
What will your job look like:
Monitor development and delivery KPIs across algorithm teams, ensuring alignment with ASPICE compliance requirements and internal SDLC processes
Assess delivery rates, milestone progress, and execution quality, with attention to traceability, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards
Identify and investigate inefficiencies or blockers in the development lifecycle, including gaps in process compliance or deviations from defined workflows
Analyze trends and discrepancies across teams; synthesize actionable insights and escalate risks to leadership as needed
Maintain and continuously improve dashboards that track team and project performance, with visibility into compliance with SDLC stages (e.g., requirements coverage, code reviews, testing, validation)
Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to define metrics, improve visualizations, and ensure accurate reflection of delivery status and ASPICE-related checkpoints
Propose new indicators or methods to better reflect department health and delivery velocity
Escalate risks and deviations to relevant management levels
Recommend improvements in development processes, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms
Create and deliver periodic summary reports for Algo and Engineering leadership.

We are looking for a Release Manager who thrives on driving complex software releases across multiple teams and platforms. In this role, youll lead the release lifecycle from planning through deployment, building tools and processes that keep development moving at scale.
What your job will look like:
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end release process for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle (AV) software products.
Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts for build, integration, and deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with development, integration, QA, product, and project teams to ensure smooth releases with high quality and minimal risk.
Monitor progress and performance across the release lifecycle, using metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Manage release schedules, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Own communication for all release-related plans, statuses, and changeskeeping stakeholders aligned.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of release artifacts, procedures, and configurations.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies in CI/CD, software configuration management, and DevOps.
