How youll make an impact:
Analyze, discover, monitor and provide insights on major revenue impact issues to ensure our company Network performance and high quality.
Create, support and maintain development tools aiming to monitor and investigate our company performance, as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges, while facing our growing data requirements
Own and manage multiple data initiatives and projects both on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis, while using new approaches of data analytics
Analyze business data, discover root causes for data anomalies and generate actionable recommendations
Closely work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to provide insights and answer business questions.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and take a leading role in shaping the future of our data science. We need your CTO-grade capabilities to incubate and launch the data product offering, creating value to our customers via reports and recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoys working across disciplines, and wants to see their work go from concept to impact in the real world.

Today, this is a high-impact individual contributor role. However, it is intentionally structured to evolve into a leadership position. As our product, customer base, and data expand, youll be instrumental in building and leading a dedicated data science team, with full ownership of methodologies, tools, and people.

The Data Science Team Leader at Product will report to the VP Product.

What Youll Do:
Be a Prisma Photonics technology expert understand the ins and outs of how our products work.
Understand the physics underlying each product feature, devise the method by which the feature operates, and work with R&D to build, improve and deploy it.
Create our Data Product offering build a set of reports and recommendations to customers, exposing the value of the underlying technology.
Analyze customer data and field deployments to identify edge cases, improve models, and drive continuous product improvement. Bridge the gaps ad-hoc to bring immediate customer value, using AI and data analytics skills, as well as collaborating with R&D, Product, and AI teams.
Implement algorithmic solutions to solve urgent issues, with a clear path toward production deployment.
Once the business need arises and team expansion begins, take an active role in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of data scientists and analysts.

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst position to join the BI Team, with a passion for technology, to solve unique problems within our measurements. Our team solves many challenges in turning raw data into accurate signals and extracting insights to improve the 365Scores products. Appropriate candidates have an understanding of multiple components across the big data stack: large-scale data analysis, data quality, statistics, and visualization. If you are the kind of researcher who's focused on results and a quick learner, this role is for you. This position is located in our Tel Aviv office.

Responsibilities
Function as the data authority in the Monetization domain - performing ad-hoc research and analysis on the company's rich data to support unique and strategic business questions.
Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs and OKR metrics to continually improve company products.
Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
Build dashboards and visualizations to answer key questions for the company's in-house various teams, specifically for the Monetization Team.
Perform qualitative, quantitative, and statistical analysis.
True passion for understanding data and finding Insights.
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from data to shape features and future product road maps.
