We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Business Partner Lead to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving our people strategy, partnering closely with executives and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a proven track record of operating across multiple geographies experience in both Europe and the US is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, R&D and Product organization, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.
Partner with leaders at all levels to design and implement organizational HR processes that drive performance, growth, and scalability.
Lead initiatives in talent management, including identification, development, and retention of key talent.
Drive culture and values programs into the business units to ensure alignment across global teams.
Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee engagement.
Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to shape workforce strategies and measure impact.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across Israel, Europe, and the US.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with HRBP and HR team globally to ensure consistent standards and practices while adapting to local needs.
Requirements: 10+ years of HRBP experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead HRBP capacity.
Proven track record of partnering directly with leadership in fast-paced, high-growth (scale-up) organizations.
Mandatory: Demonstrated experience working across Europe and the US.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to connect people strategies to business priorities.
Experience in talent identification, retention strategies, and succession planning.
Expertise in designing and implementing learning, development, and leadership programs.
Experience in managing recruitment processes an advantage.
Strong change management skills, with experience guiding organizations through transformation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
High proficiency in English; additional languages a strong advantage.
