We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our website and SaaS platform . This is a hands-on role where approximately 70–80% of your time will be spent developing and maintaining test automation , with the remaining time dedicated to manual testing. This position also includes an exciting opportunity to integrate AI agents into the automation framework — helping us scale testing, improve coverage, and accelerate release cycles. Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of our website and SaaS platform. Leverage AI-powered agents or tools to enhance and optimize test automation, including self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation, and anomaly detection.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements.
* Perform manual testing for complex use cases, exploratory scenarios, and edge cases not easily automated.
* Monitor and analyze test results, triage failures, and track defects with detailed reporting.
* Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure test automation is integrated into the development workflow.
* Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, or AI-based solutions to improve QA efficiency and reliability.

We are looking for a motivated Principal System QA Engineer, to join the Cortex System QA group, infrastructure team, in our Tel Aviv R&D center. As a Principal System QA Engineer, you will play the role of setting up the Platform, XDR & XSIAM, system environment, infra-related and System E2E user flows, enhancing them with every release, and executing and analyzing them for different releases. In this role, you will work closely with the developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, and also be in charge of maintaining appropriate test labs for smooth test execution.

Test our Cortex Platform from System perspective including all services:
Developing, executing and analyzing infrastructure-related (DevOps and IT deliveries, License management, etc.) System E2E user flows.
Deciding and prioritizing tests to run in System environment, manually and/or automated, thus being on top of all new functionalities/integrations that are introduced in each release.
Analyzing, debugging, reporting and following up on failures and discovered issues
Working closely with automation teams, managing the defined tasks - from requirements to implementation and execution.

We are looking for a highly technical individual to join our Cortex XDR Agent team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. The team builds the foundation of the Cortex XDR agent, from security modules to server communication and task management.
As our Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for product quality, test design, and planning. You will develop automation tests and the required infrastructure, focusing on Windows and macOS environments. This includes deployment, execution, and validation across multiple system configurations. You will work closely with the development team to investigate and resolve issues discovered during testing.
The role is deeply hands-on, requiring a strong understanding of the product, operating systems, and automation frameworks. You should have the ability to streamline processes, enhance test coverage, and improve efficiency through automation using Python.
Your Impact
Design and execute E2E tests in a cross-platform environment: Windows, MacOS
Test new features, focusing on deep internal aspects of the feature and its integration with the OS
Learn new features, technologies and platforms in a relatively short amount of time
Reproduce and analyze bugs, that either came from the field or have been found during the testing cycle
Run QA cycles on a tight release schedule
