As the Head of Vaccines Israel, you'll drive our transformation agenda within the MCO Central and South Europe region, leading an integrated strategy to maximize sales growth through product differentiation, strategic promotion, and enhanced public health program engagement. Main responsibilities:
Within the assigned geography, responsible for executing customer-facing activities in alignment with the strategy set by the MCO GM, with the aim to deliver P&L against target and grow top line while ensuring a healthy BOI through careful resources allocation
Ensure the strong partnership relation within the respective country
Manages country resources allocation within budget and dedicated envelop including launch plan (where applicable)
Advisor to the MCO on the definition of the most adapted customer journey, to achieve targets, and responsible for local adaptation and execution through direct management of the customer facing teams
Responsible for implementation of initiatives to improve go to market approach
Within the assigned priorities, shape country environment to ensure access to innovation and sustainability for patients we serve, propose and execute country specific initiatives (go to market transformation, launch business case proposal) and secure optimal frame conditions , and oversee that the affiliate has effective and aligned pricing and reimbursement strategies in place
Align the local organization to the defined blueprint with local Country Lead Functions and centralized hubs and mutualized support functions capabilities within the MCO
Role model and champion Take The Lead, corporate commitments, and compliance guidelines.
Foster people engagement, and continuously develop team, talents, and capabilities​
Ensure the full alignment with the Pharma Head Israel
As member of the Vaccines MCO leadership team, contribute actively to the success of the International Vaccines Region and overall.
Requirements:
Proven track record of performance in managing business operations in complex and demanding industries
Experience outside of Israel in a multi country environment is a plus
Deep understanding of local commercial operations, market needs, and dynamics
Digital experience with a customer-facing approach and go-to-market expertise
Experience leading and inspiring small operational teams
Solid operational marketing, sales, and digital experience
