Ensure high-quality code through best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Lead by example by taking ownership, being proactive and collaborating.
Stay hands-on (~60%) by actively developing features and reviewing code.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent degree
At least 2 years of management experience and at least 7 years as BE engineer.
Experience in managing highly skilled developers, and the ability to lead, coach, guide and influence them.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Strong skills in Python - Must
Experience with microservice architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Advantages:
Experience with one of the following solutions: Spark, Presto, Trino, Athena or Drill is an advantage.
