We are looking for a brilliant hands-on Software Development team leader to join our top-notch Front-End infrastructure team. As a team leader, you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a Platform team that builds amazing tools in an agile development lifecycle. Your focus will be on building and improving Fiverrs micro Front-End using SSR and monorepo infrastructure. Beyond that your team will be in charge of optimizing our development processes and build system. Our technology stack includes - React, NodeJS, Typescript, Webpack, Nx, AWS, Kafka, Mongo, and Redis.
What am I going to do?:

* Lead a team of developers through the development lifecycle - architecture, design, development, quality, and production.
* Hands-on development of platform tools (~50% of the time).
* Work closely with other participants in the team - product, design, and data.
* Grow and coach the team's talent.
* Lead and managed Fiverrs design system

The Role
We are looking for a UI Platform Team Lead to join our Network Orchestration group. Our group is responsible for developing scalable, high-performance distributed systems that support complex network infrastructures.
As a Team Leader, you will drive the architecture, design, and development of core UI infrastructures and component libraries that support multiple development teams. You will lead a team of 4+ frontend engineers, define best practices, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the UI architecture. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities
Lead & mentor a high-performing development team in building advanced, scalable software solutions.
Lead the development and maintenance of reusable UI components, design systems, and frontend tooling.
Architect and optimize UI frameworks to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with development teams to provide seamless integration across applications.
Work closely with QA to implement best practices for testing and automation, ensuring high software quality and reliability.
Coordinate with Product Managers to align development with business priorities and roadmap planning.
Engage with UI/UX Designers to ensure an intuitive and high-quality user experience.
Work alongside the Project Manager to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for frontend development.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in UI infrastructures.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility for all UI components.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize the frontend build process for improved developer experience.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of UI libraries.

We are looking for a professional Front-End Infra Team Lead who will spend 70% on hands-on tasks and 30% on managerial responsibilities. You will be responsible for enhancing performance and scalability and monitoring our e-commerce platform's front end. This role is essential for maintaining a high-performing, user-friendly web experience while ensuring stability through proactive monitoring and data-driven decision-making.

Hands-On Technical Execution (70%):

Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to enhance SEO and user experience
Work closely with backend developers to optimize API performance and data fetching
Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics using Looker and Datadog, implementing proactive improvements
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of front-end applications
Collaborate on external integrations (third-party services, analytics, APIs) to enhance platform capabilities
Team & Project Management (30%):
Work with the team lead, product managers, and stakeholders through plan development efforts and prioritization
Act as a gatekeeper for releases, ensuring smooth and controlled deployments
Establish and enforce front-end best practices, code quality standards, and testing strategies
Act as a backup for the team lead during absences, taking over sprint planning, technical guidance, and developer support
Help mentor and support developers while driving technical excellence across the team
Data-Driven Monitoring & Incident Management:
Implement and refine monitoring dashboards using Looker and Datadog to track frontend performance and business KPIs
Set up proactive alerts and anomaly detection to prevent incidents before they impact users
Own critical incident management processes, reducing downtime and improving resolution speed.
