Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Youll be responsible for area sales, POS quality, and market share achievements in the Direct channel for the brands of Hygiene indicatively but not restrictively with a particular focus on the Southern region. Your responsibilities
Implement agreed strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability targets
Build and enhance strong relationship with clients in the area of coverage (Southern region)
Monitor and deliver business results in promoting name and products
Be responsible for excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of products and implementing the recommended planograms in all customers, in line with the recommendation by brand and 4P strategy and ensuring products are on shelf with the correct space allocation and merchandised according to companys shelf standards
Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities to deliver monthly volumes by reaching objectives set
Striving for additional displays and visibilty on top of the KA agreements
Requirements: The experience we're looking for
