Role and Responsibilities:
Be a key contributor to the development of the companys brand and look & feel
Take part in our creative strategy, ideate and participate in marketing and brand decisions
Contribute to growth efforts by collaborating with marketing and product teams to produce successful campaigns, using landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, social media ads etc. and analyze their creative performance
Communicating complex concepts through simplified visuals
Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing projects and materials
Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize visual communication approaches, with the business goals in mind
Requirements: A strong portfolio of brand, web and marketing design projects
Academic background in graphic design / visual communication
4+ years of experience working within a creative agency / in-house design team
2+ years of experience working on B2B
An excellent understanding of design systems and hierarchy of design information
Expert at solving problems and meeting deadlines, capable of managing time and managing projects
Experienced in supporting multiple marketing channels at scale
Experienced in creating and optimizing digital marketing assets for lead generation purposes
Strong typography skills and attention to detail
Hands-on experience in Adobe Suite, Figma and AI tools
Familiarity with online marketing basic metrics & KPIs
A people person, a team player with a can-do attitude
