Requirements:
1+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing in a tech company or agency
Experience sourcing across different domains
Global sourcing experience & strong understanding of cross cultural communication
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-based sourcing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Hebrew
Ability to manage multiple pipelines with a structured, strategic, and creative approach
Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills authentic, persuasive, and people-oriented
