DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Software Team Leader to lead the design and development of a next-generation Air Defense Command & Control System . This role requires deep technical expertise in real-time distributed systems, modern software practices, and a strong leadership presence to guide a multidisciplinary software team from architecture through delivery.
