We are seeking an experienced backend engineer to join our billing team to build our full quote-to-cash solution while integrating with 3rd party systems like Recurly, Netsuite, and Salesforce to process millions of dollars monthly.
As Part Of Your Role, You Will:
Contribute to architecting and strategy, design and develop highly-available management systems, with scalable distributed system considerations and APIs
Lead solutions for business issues while keeping in mind robustness, security, and monitoring
Aim to be a focal point for company-wide source of knowledge
Lead by example, mentor peers, and ensure high standards of code quality
You will work with product managers and business partners to frame problems within the business and product context.

Drive Innovation Identify areas for improvement and propose meaningful enhancements. Acknowledge customer feedback and incorporate your ideas to refine our solutions.

We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer - AI moderation.

Lead and Deliver End-to-End: Develop core systems of the full stack moderation platform across both backend and frontend.
Ship Fast, Ship Smart: Work quickly and clearly toward customer and business goals. Deliver functionality iteratively while keeping the big picture in focus.
Set the Technical Foundation: Make architectural decisions that scale. Use the right tools, not just trendy ones. Responsibilities
Participate in the agile feature/product design process working with cross-functional teams
Design, implement and enhance services at large scale as part of the sales product, enabling various customers use cases. E2E responsibilities including technical documentation and automation tests.
Production support involved with monitoring production systems and remediating issues
Strong leadership and communication skills (Hebrew and English), and ability to work well in a team. Collaborate with other engineers to share best practices and knowledge of emerging technologies
Engage with customers to get a first-hand understanding of their needs
Perform and participate in peer code reviews

Our Backend Teams are responsible for acquiring millions of transactions and statements a day to satisfy our customers needs in all products.
You will be developing high volume services that are part of our Data Exchange platform.
You will utilize your skills to help develop and maintain critical backend systems in cloud environments that are vastly used by various customers, both internal and external.
Responsibilities
Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning
Designing/developing SaaS software, prototypes, or proofs of concepts (POCâs)
Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
Roughly 70-85% hands-on coding
Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
Work cross-functionally with various teams: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
Contribute to the design and architecture of the project
Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
