an exciting startup company that is aiming to disrupt the hydrogen production industry by the development of a unique water electrolysis process. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated system Development Engineer who will handle and optimize the operation of our systems while utilizing the knowledge gained towards future scale up. Key Responsibilities:

* Operation of multidisciplinary systems- DOEs, testing, data analysis, reports etc.
* Provide faster and deeper understanding of the process and system using data analysis tools.
* Design and oversee the execution of various engineering projects. Including drawings, project documentation, commissioning and validation tests.
* Develop and carry out new testing methods.
* Commissioning of new systems all the way towards continuous operation

As a Design for Test (DFT) Engineer, you will:
Develop and implement DFT features to ensure high-quality, testable, and manufacturable designs.
Contribute to the full product cycle, from pre-silicon design to post-silicon debug and production qualification.
Work closely with chip architects, design engineers, and verification teams to define and optimize DFT strategies.
Implement ATPG, scan compression, and memory BIST techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Lead debugging and root-cause analysis of silicon failures to improve yield and reliability.
Establish DFT methodologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency of future designs.

* Analyze inventory data and sales trends to forecast future inventory needs.
* Develop and maintain inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to meet production planes & inventory targets.
* Monitor inventory performance and identify discrepancies or overstock/stockouts.
* Manage reorder points, safety stock, and lead times.
* Prepare inventory reports and present findings to management.
* Implement inventory control procedures to reduce excess stock and improve turnover.

As a Signal/Power Integrity Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our high-speed SerDes IP, covering silicon, package, and board-level analysis. You will collaborate across multiple fields, including analog design, silicon integration, PCB & package design, and mechanical engineering.

Provide implementation guidelines and feedback to silicon, package, board, and system design teams.
Design and simulate high-speed SerDes signals and perform co-simulation of package and PCB in HFSS.
Conduct feasibility studies, design verification, and sign-off processes, including lab correlation.
Perform Power Distribution Network (PDN) analyses, including model generation and time-domain simulation.
Work closely with backend, package, and board design teams for bump-out and ball-out optimization.
Drive chip-package-PCB co-design of SerDes at 112Gbps and beyond, ensuring signal and power integrity best practices.

You will join our Cisco Silicon One team, the epicenter of Ciscos ASIC design. Our engineers handle every aspect of chip design, from definition and architecture to coding, physical design, and signoff.
Your responsibilities will include:
Spearhead innovative switch system design, guiding the process from concept through to mass production.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams in areas such as board design, mechanics, thermal, PCB layout, production, software/firmware, RTL, and more.
Act as the technical focal point and decision-maker for the project.
Conduct hands-on testing in a lab environment and support production and qualification stages.
Define product specifications, develop electrical schematics, and guide component selection and layout processes.
