We are looking for a skilled and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team for a part-time position with flexible hours and days.
What does the role include?
Full responsibility for payroll processing, including handling Form 161
Handling payroll and labor law matters.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Generating reports and performing data analysis in Excel, including use of formulas.
Providing professional support to employees and internal stakeholders.
Requirements: Certified Payroll Accountant Must
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-tech company with over 70 employees Must
Proficiency in the Hilan payroll system Must
Experience working with the TimeKeeper attendance system Advantage
Good level of English Advantage
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
In-depth knowledge of pension-related processes and experience working with insurance brokers
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
