World WIZO, one of Israels largest and most impactful NGOs in the fields of social welfare, education, and womens empowerment, is seeking a full-time Fundraising Associate to join the External Relations Division at our headquarters in Tel Aviv.
This is not your average grant-writing role. Our work spans diverse content areas and creative formats. Youll collaborate with a top-tier team, engage with international partners, and contribute to a cause that directly changes lives across Israel every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft compelling content in English, including project proposals, donor reports, grant requests, letters, presentations, and marketing materials.
Liaise with WIZOs global network of federations and international support groups as Federations Relations Manager
Translate diverse materials from Hebrew to English with precision and sensitivity to context.
Participate in donor visits to WIZO institutions and support onsite engagements.
Contribute to project development, donor campaigns, events, and conferences.
Requirements: English mother tongue exceptional writing and editing skills required.
Fluent Hebrew (speaking and reading); strong translation ability from Hebrew to English. Native-level Hebrew an advantage.
Highly motivated, service-oriented, and an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism.
Prior experience in fundraising/resource development for NGOs strongly preferred.
Experience in international sales or donor engagement an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of French or Spanish a strong advantage.
