About the Role
As Team Lead, youll lead a talented full-stack team and take ownership of key platform areas. Youll be responsible for growing the technical depth of the team, fostering strong engineering practices, and ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery. Youll manage a group of engineers, including one QA engineer (manual and automation), and work closely with CS, Product, and peer engineersbuffering noise, unblocking delivery, and occasionally joining customer calls. About The Role:
Your responsibilities will span from design to implementation of a complex, time-critical, microservices-based system, that leverages event-driven design to handle large volumes of clinical data and provide advanced interface (mobile and web) to manage clinical workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, data engineers, product managers, and clinicians, helping us deliver life-saving technologies to hospitals.
