looking for a Sales Representative for the Aesthetics Unit.
This role includes Sales to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and physicians for cosmetic use in private clinics in the northern area.

Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors.
In-depth understanding of products and full portfolio.
Establishing personal relationships with existing customers and identifying and recruiting new customers.
Identifying customer needs and finding applicable solutions.
Selling products to physicians who perform injection procedures at their private clinics and medical centers.
Participating in conferences and workshops in Israel and abroad.
Requirements:
BA degree - Must, BS degree in Biology or similar - an advantage.
Experience in sales and customer portfolio management.
Relevant experience in aesthetics/cosmetics - an advantage.
Professional, assertive, team player, and has good interpersonal skills.
Strong sales ability and high motivation.
Strong ability for problem-solving and creativity with solutions (in a very competitive market).
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

* Lecture to physicians and medical personnel (according to the MC terms)
* Promoting company products
* Raise awareness of the unit's products and scientific update (EBM)

* Development of new initiatives
* Creating collaborations and establishing professional relationships with HCPs
* Active participation in team meetings, including sharing information and best practice, reading relevant materials, preparing presentations and marketing materials according to the team needs.

* Working according to the company's practices, compliance codes, rules, and regulatory guidelines
* Report any safety information received during work to the Pharmacovigilance Department

* Experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry with previous experience with prescription drugs, at least one year - Must
* Experience working with specialists – Advantage
* Bachelor of Health Sciences
