Required Deputy Director
Job Overview:
As Deputy Director, youll be at the forefront of our mission to combat online antisemitism.
Working closely with the Executive Director, youll help shape and execute our long-term goals in operations, partnership outreach, and fundraising.
Youll represent us at meetings, events, and forums, pitching our mission to potential supporters while working with a dedicated team to launch impactful campaigns, expand our reach, and build lasting partnerships.
This role is perfect for a professional with excellent fundraising and management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
It's a full-time part-time job, remote.
Responsibilities:
Oversee our operations, acting as a liaison between the Executive Director and our team.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to implement successful campaigns and programs.
Lead revenue generation efforts of our long-term programs to potential donors, partners and stakeholders, promoting our workshops, educational initiatives, and fundraising opportunities to new audiences. Lead outreach efforts to build and grow partnerships with communities, federations, schools, and Jewish organizations internationally. Represent us in speaking engagements, media events, coalition meetings, and public forums.
Develop metrics to track progress and measure impact, ensuring alignment with our objectives

Requirements: Qualifications:
2+ years of managerial experience with proven track record in leading teams to execute successful marketing and fundraising campaigns.
Strong relationship-building skills with experience in outreach and sales. Proven ability to build relationships and secure partnerships with Jewish organizations across North America.
Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and spoken communication skills Skilled in public speaking, media interviews, and leading lectures.
