The Product group is looking for a Senior Technical Writer who is passionate about creating clear, accurate, and hands-on documentation for enterprise cybersecurity products. We are seeking individuals who combine strong technical skills with a sharp eye for detail. What your day will look like:
Develop and maintain technical documentation: Create user guides, API references, integration guides, and troubleshooting articles for the platform.
Validate what you write: Actively test features, replicate product behavior, and validate technical claims through hands-on exploration of the platform, APIs, and integrations not just relying on what others say.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and support to gather insights and confirm technical accuracy.
Utilize modern documentation tools: Use platforms like ReadMe and Document360, and write in Markdown to author and manage content.
Ensure consistency and quality: Follow style guides, review documentation for clarity, grammar, and technical depth. Contribute to peer reviews and editorial feedback cycles.
Contribute technical depth to the team: Help raise the bar by demystifying complex concepts for other writers and providing guidance when reviewing content related to APIs, workflows, or integrations.
Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in technical writing for software, IT, or cybersecurity products.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain complex systems and integrations.
Communication: Exceptional written English skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in UX writing
A multi-tasker who knows how to prioritize
Organized and pays attention to details
Proactive and able to take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain Knowledge: Experience in cybersecurity, IT management, or enterprise SaaS domains.
Developer Documentation: Experience creating API documentation
Tools & Skills: Proficiency with documentation platforms (e.g., ReadMe, Document360) and Markdown.
Fluent speaker of Hebrew.
