Responsibilities:
Detection and resolution of potential technical issues in coordination with the development team and external payment providers

Authentication of customer financial and trading activity and processing of withdrawals, based on a set of decision-making tools
Reconciliation of transactions between payment providers and internal systems
Communication with payment providers and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
Resolution of payment-related customer queries, escalated by the customer-oriented teams

we are looking for an FP&A Analyst who will join our Business Development team.
The FP&A Analyst will serve as a member of the Business Development team, playing a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the Group through a combination of analysis of new markets and products and producing different forecasts. The FP&A analyst will collaborate with finance, marketing, product, and other functions in the organization to combine business needs and financial goals.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial and operational models.
Build and maintain complex financial and operational/valuation models.

Develop and manage long-range strategic planning models.
Financial forecasting and budgeting while engaging various stakeholders in the Group.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentations and reporting packages.

Various ad-hoc analyses and process improvement projects to drive efficiency.

About The Position:
Serve as right-hand finance business partner to Chief Operations Officer, supporting the established strategic goals.
Manage and analyze operation functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, IT and Facilities) financials and non-financial metrics, including forecasts and actuals, scenario planning at the level of a public company.
Develop efficient planning and reporting processes to methodologies and record individual R&D programs for financial performance and milestone timelines.
Support cross-functional projects aligned with strategic initiatives.

Salesforce Admin: Manage Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to support business needs. Suggest out of the box solutions and support the Service Cloud, FSL and Salesforce mobile app.
Implement & Optimize Information Systems: Lead the deployment of digital solutions, including new technologies or enhancement of current digital tools, while ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT best practices.
System Integration: Develop and manage integration between various applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency; using iPaaS integration tools such as Workato or different integration methods.
