We’re looking for a graphic designer with a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for detail to lead company-wide graphic design. You’ll own the process of creating assets that grow our market presence, strengthen product positioning, and support business growth. This role involves translating complex technologies into clear, refined visuals across sales and marketing developing a visual language that reflects the sophistication of our technology. It’s a high-ownership role suited for a designer who values clarity, consistency, and impactful storytelling.
Responsibilities • Lead company-wide visual design end to end as the go-to creative partner. Own brand execution across digital and print assets including web, social, email, events, and more. • Support sales enablement. Craft polished sales presentation decks, one-pagers, and enablement collateral that make our product value instantly clear. • Shape and evolve the GeoEdge brand. Define our visual identity and creative direction across all channels and campaigns. • Design for performance. Create high-converting landing pages, paid social assets, and web experiences that drive lead gen and pipeline growth. • Own creative for industry events. Design booths, branded swag, and experiential collateral that drive brand recognition and engagement. • Develop and maintain reusable design systems. Create templates and brand assets to ensure creative consistency and fast execution.

We're seeking a truly versatile and creative individual, someone eager to dive in, learn quickly, and grow with us. This position is ideal for a video editor or visual content creator with strong technical skills and an intuitive understanding of impactful content.

Youll be working directly with our Brand manager, helping bring ideas to life through video editing, motion graphics, and social visuals. Youll also be expected to contribute ideas of your own, move fast, and explore creative tools including AI-based video, image, and design generation platforms.

Day-to-Day Activities and Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos for social channels, paid media, and brand materials
Design graphics and motion content for social posts and carousels
Bring marketing ideas to life visually quickly and effectively
Propose and prototype new creative formats using tools like AI video/image generators
Help build a scalable visual language for marketing presence
Take ownership of small projects from brief to execution
Collaborate directly with the Marketing team, receiving briefs and creative direction
Coordinate with the Capture Factory when raw footage is needed
Problem Solving:

How do we translate a marketing idea into engaging visuals fast
What kind of videos will perform well on social this week
How can AI speed up or improve our creative process

Collaborate with the design lead, product manager, and creative director to develop new content-driven products that keep our company ahead in web design and motion trends
Engage in product decisions, team direction, and strategy together with the team from inception to delivery
Lead user research, intent analysis, and enhance design processes and tools
Act as a key thought partner to counterparts in product, engineering, and operations to identify future opportunities
Design, draft, edit, test, and refine content, including product flows, interface language, and educational materials
Manage and produce detailed content creation and partner with developers to ship pixel-perfect products.
