Collaborate: Work closely with global interfaces in the organization to develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Execute: Develop and implement robust project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Strategize: Be involved in the program roadmap and direction, and help manage the adoption of our solutions within the organization.
Optimize: Utilize your experience in enterprise solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement within the program.
Communicate: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to management.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, within a large corporate environment.
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of workforce development, training methodologies, and learning technologies, particularly those that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
