Take complete ownership of projects, from initial definition and design to development, testing, and post-deployment.

Construct multi-tenant scalable microservices deployed as part of our SaaS product.

Operate within a CI/CD environment alongside experienced and talented engineers, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.

Plan and execute PoCs to evaluate new technologies and products.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Team. This position is part of Boomi following its recent acquisition, a cloud-based DataOps platform. While now under Boomi, the role remains within team, working closely with our experts in data integration and automation.
Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our Ramat Gan, Israel office; and 2 days from home.

In this role you will

Be part of a backend technology team which is responsible for both streaming and batch pipelines.
Develop End-to-end features from design to implementation.
Take part in high-scale solutions for Big Data challenges.

Work with RDMBS/MongoDB CDC infrastructure and Kafka.

Responsibilities
Write and test product or system development code.
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
