Our IT Risk Management team specializes in identifying and assessing technological risks in financial systems, detecting cyber risks, evaluating organizational cyber defenses, and providing consulting and solutions to improve systems and processesall to prevent potential business impacts.

Role Responsibilities:
Conducting risk assessments and performing both external and internal IT audits.
Advising on and testing automated controls within business processes and ERP/CRM systems.
Developing methodologies and capabilities in IT risk management, focusing on cloud and digital environments.
Consulting on authorization frameworks and segregation of duties (SOD) in information systems and business processes.
Providing guidance and audits regarding compliance with internationally recognized information security standards for startups offering SaaS solutions.

As an Accounting Intern at our company, youll support key financial processes and contribute to SOX compliance efforts while collaborating across departments. In your day-to-day, you will:
Assist in the execution of SOX 404 testing, including walkthroughs, control testing and documentation
Update and maintain process flowcharts and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) based on feedback from control owners
Identify control deficiencies and collaborate with process owners to develop and implement remediation plans
Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules, reports, and analysis as requested
Work closely with finance, operations, IT, and other departments to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
