Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a support team leader role is an advantage.
Systems Ownership: Experience as a system owner is highly desirable.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
