Your ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in English and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be just as important as your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Integrate NLP and ASR (Speech-to-Text) models into production systems with a focus on performance and reliability.
Collaborate closely with ML researchers and engineers to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven features.
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to clients during integration and post-deployment phases.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, ASR, and AI infrastructure to inform solution design and innovation.

We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Team Leader/Manager to lead our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, providing high-level technical support, continuously improving service processes, and ensuring user satisfaction. Train and develop the support team professionally.

* Design, develop, TEST and maintain code for modern Embedded Linux based IOT devices, both in low level and system level development.

* Lead projects end-to-end, including task planning, prioritization, and coordination across multiple developers and teams, reporting progress directly to the team leader.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Debug and troubleshoot software issues
* Work with adjacent teams such as software, integration, system, support and hardware.
