Your Day to Day
Use scientific and applied research methods for solving advanced technical problems.
Keep track of the latest state of the art in related domains, utilize and benchmark relevant innovative solutions.
Complete the full innovation path from ideation, literature survey, PoC, simulation, and experimental analysis, to implementation and integration in the new products
Requirements definition and performance analysis of electro-optical subsystems, including participation in the design process
Modeling of new system features, configurations, and characteristics.
End-to-end system performance analysis and evaluation.
Research and analysis of the impact of system parameters, limitations, and new features on product performance.
Analysis and solution definition for new system features and configurations.
Definition of system requirements and guidance for sub-system design in a variety of domains (SW, Algo, HW, Electro-optics, Image sensor, Lasers, FW).
Close work with all groups in R&D and Product

A BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent (advanced degree - preferred).
At least 4-5 years of experience in the research and development of complex sensor systems, optoelectronics, or image processing.
Technical experience in imaging systems development, modeling and simulation, sensors research and development.
Hands-on development experience using Python or other analysis tools.
Self-driven and highly motivated to solve high-impact practical problems through research and innovation.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Team player. Good interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
