As a Solutions Architect at AWS, youll build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor, ensuring they get the most out of the cloud at every stage of their journey.

Key job responsibilities:
You will work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
You operate as a trusted-advisor for customers. Their best interests will shape the guidance you provide. You work backwards from their priorities and find inventive ways to add value with solutions utilizing AWS and its Partners technology.
You capture and share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for AWS. You use your customer understanding to participate in the creation or updates of technical content and reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
Evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g. workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).

The WWSO AI/ML/GenAI Specialist SA team builds technical relationships with customers of all sizes and operate as their trusted advisor, ensuring they get the most out of the cloud at every stage of their journey while adopting Machine Learning across their organisation.
Youll manage the overall technical relationship between us and our customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency to accelerate their challenging Machine Learning projects.
Internally, you will be the voice of the customer, sharing their needs with regard to their usage of our services impacting the roadmap of our AI/ML features.

As a Solution Architect you will be a part of the Business Development organization of our Web Services, and will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of our utility computing web services (our EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, CloudFront) within strategic different type of customers; from startups brainstorming their first ideas to R&D groups with in larger customers.

Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, and developing a deep expertise in the technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the platform.

The ideal candidate will possess customer facing skills that will allow them to represent us well within a customers environment and drive discussions with startups developers and senior personnel within the companies, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact and give guidance with software developers and architects. You will directly interact with key customers to understand their business problems, design architectures, guide customers in implementations, deliver briefing and deep-dive sessions to upskill customers and help them adopt your solutions. As part of the EMEA GTM database specialist team, you will work closely with other solution architects from various geographies with diverse expertise in Data and AI domains to deliver end-to-end solutions to our customers. As a senior member, you will interact with other database solution architects in the field, providing guidance on their customer engagements. You will develop reference architectures, white papers, and presentations to enable customers and partners to fully leverage our database services. Candidates must have great communication skills and be very technical, with the ability to impress Amazon Web Services customers at any level, from executive to developer. Travels in EMEA region and occasionally to other regions may be possible.
